- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From the preparation to the post op and release. Dr. Heath Smith and his surgical team are truly exceptional. I searched for the best reviews, and although I was in fear of and mourning the loss of food, I was reassured by Dr. Smith. His bedside manner is simply fantastic. The education and preparation that you receive is nothing short of perfect. The experience was exactly as every person described. From the front desk, to the dietitian, to the women on his surgical team, each had a comment just when you started to panic that set you at total ease. It helps that it seems like 90 percent of the staff at both My Bariatric Solutions and the staff at the hospital Wise Regional were all veterans of the procedure.
